Mitsuba's Stirrer Model is specially designed suitable for boron nitrate, metallic powder, fluxing, fluorescent penetrant inspection process, talcum powder spray, and many more. It is specially designed for powders which cannot be fluidized. Fluidization is required to make the smooth flow of powder which is in between powder & liquid state for normal powders like epoxy, hybrid, etc. For hard powders used for flux coating, fluidization does not have any effect as the granules are big & heavy. Hence by stirring the powder in a mechanical way it is made to flow loosely making it available to the pump to suck it and then spray uniformly on the product. Supreme model uses a Powder Hopper in which fluidization takes place to make the powder available for powder feed pump. Whereas a Stirrer (conical shape helps in the flow of powder) requires stirring to make the powder available to the powder feed pump.
