Due to recent changes in the ways that businesses are conducted, the concept of permanent locations is fast depleting. This means that gone are the days when businesses find a location to set their permanent establishment. They used to find a place suitable for their current as well as future needs. They would buy it, follow each and every requirement in order to make the property in their name and then keep their business continued from a central location. Now, running a business is completely a different ball game. Newly established as well as old businesses now carry on their business activities from temporary locations acquired on monthly, quarterly or annual rentals. This clause means that the owner of the location is restricted not to vacate the property before a certain period of time. From the point of view of the owner, the inclusion of repair is required to be included. The burden of repairing the furniture should be clearly stated in the contract. Normally, it is the liability of the user that the furniture at their disposal should be kept clean and free from any sort of rough use. After signing the agreement, the user pays some amount as token money which binds the user not to repudiate the contract. This later follows on with dispatch and delivery of the required furniture items. With delivery, there accompanies a team of service providers who make sure that all the furniture items are placed at the right spot. They also select locations for the construction of cubicles. All they require is to be told the number of cubicles to be set up which in fact is already agreed upon and included in the rental agreement.
