Some tips to be mindful of with regards to your diet include: • Detox: You may suffer from belly bloat due to high levels of toxins in your system from the environment, food, and drinks. • Alkalize: Since you suffer from belly bloat, you are most likely too acidic. When you alkalize, you cleanse your system, balance pH levels, and reduce inflammation. • Choose organic foods as much as possible and reduce dairy and wheat. Dairy and wheat cause the most allergies and most people are not aware they have sensitivities to these foods. Tips to be mindful of with regards to your lifestyle include: • Practice self-care that make you feel alive and happy. • Exercise at least 30 min per day 4-5 times a week. • Practice ways to de-stress and manage your emotions in a positive way When your thoughts shift and when you change your diet and lifestyle habits, you will not only eliminate your belly bloat, but you will be a better person inside and out.
