When a person is arrested the whole world of the person goes upside down. The key terms of bail bond are as follows; Bail and bail bond: Bail is a period of leave granted to the accused for some emergency reasons and this can be helpful to the person. The bail is given to all the people as every person is innocent till the time that they are proven guilty by the court. The bail bind is the agreement that says that an accused has to attend all the legal hearing and if the person is unable to do that then the cosigner has to pay the amount of money decided by the court.
