Splashed all over the newspapers UK government former Home Secretary Lord Brittan's recent demise has indeed raised more questions than answers over multiple allegations of historic child abuse. It has now been revealed that he was under Scotland Yard police investigation over allegedly sexually abusing young boys in London at the Carlton club, St. James's and Dolphin Square, a residential area popular with MP's. It has also been alleged that he was part of a paedophile network at Westminster with claims that after sexual abuse he watched 2 unidentified men beat a boy to death, said to have happened sometime during 1981-1982. To add to the list of alleged depravity he was said to have appeared on a video made at a child abuse party in the Elm Guest House London. Here, regular abuse was said to have occurred in the 70's and 80's... All this has been part of a number of abuse investigations which includes enquiries into other prominent individuals, but why wasn't an investigation carried out during the time the offences were said to have happened? -As with Jimmy Savile is this another case of death before justice? Did Brittan's conscience speed up his cancer death? Was it really a coincidence that he about to be questioned and John Stingemore soon to face trial accused of supplying boys to prominent abusers both dying before facing the questioning? How many Parliamentary skeletons in the closet would the questioning have brought out had they lived to answer? Brittan had already come under questioning following an investigation that he had lost evidence handed to him by MP Geoffrey Dickens regarding a Westminster paedophile ring during 1983. Was his involvement in losing the files something of a convenience so that he would not be linked and later found out? Further, some 114 files alleging abuse were looked for during a related investigation. Apart from 1 file all the others were lost. One file was discovered shredded in the Ministry of Justice Department. The enquiry as to what happened to the Dickens Dossier smacked of 'fix' since it was headed by Baroness Butler-Sloss who just happened to be the sister of another said paedophile the late Sir Michael Havers who was the Attorney General when Brittan was Home Secretary! Havers was a key individual at the heart of the investigation. Then, soon after she stepped down from the child abuse enquiry saying she was 'not the right person for the job' because of the exposure given to the fact that Havers was her brother. More ineptitude followed by then appointing Fiona Wolf Lord Mayor of London who lived at the same street as Brittan and knew him well as a family friend... so Wolf soon left due to unsuitability! This concluded with a number of individuals such as Theresa May appointing the enquiry echoing the same words that there could have been a cover up... but no solid evidence... -So there are some 60 odd million people in the UK and still the establishment can't find a bunch of competent honest individuals to conduct the enquiry! In reflection The whole thing stinks to the highest heaven of a blatant cover up. It could be said that questions are the answers so here are some. Why wasn't Brittan's imminent cancer death ever mentioned? Surely, the government must have known his state of prognosis and that the time was ticking before his death..? Did the delays in the enquiry serve the purpose of deliberately delaying the questioning and cross-examining of this man so that he would he dead before his time came for questioning? Could the same be said for the other said paedophile John Stingemore? I return to my earlier point, how many Parliamentary skeletons in the closet would the questioning have brought out had they lived to answer? Not only in UK government but also in a number of other institutions and places worldwide involving, royalty and other people in high places have been connected to alleged paedophilia. Then there are those said to be complicit like some in social services, various charities... who indeed should be looking after children not supplying them to the rich and famous... We must stand for justice, demand that the enquiry must not blow away, as with other situations of similar kind. Silences must be broken, questions must be answered, names must be named... journalists must have the courage to expose in the name of fairness and justice. Many people are slowly waking up to the realization: The extent to which how far and wide these awful atrocities run rife. As numbers raise in public outcry this could bring about a major tipping point where the establishment house-of-cards could be brought down and fairness and justice ushered in for a new paradigm...
