I've consider Netflix to be among the very best amusement investments I have ever made, and been a subscriber to it for a couple of years now. For several pounds a month I have watched hundreds of amazing shows and revel in films that are new on a regular basis, it is fantastic value. Yet something happened last year that made it even better, something I'd like to give you. It all occurred when my partner and I got seriously addicted to the Scifi series - Lost, you understand the one where they are stuck on a desert island. It was a couple of years after launch but Netflix had all 70 odd episodes and we watched one most nights for weeks. Then unexpectedly we sat down to view, episode 50 something and I really couldn't find it everywhere. I thought it was a temporary glitch but a week later it still had not returned, and so I began searching the net. In among the incensed places I discovered online, there was a clue which I followed up. Apparently it was just the UK version of Netflix which had deleted Lost, due to a licensing dilemma. It existed on Canadian model of Netflix and the United States, still it continued 'Lost'. To my surprise, Netflix found I was in a different country and redirected me to the US version instead. Also there listed in my favorites I could see 'Lost' available once more. Netflix is actually an international account and your subscription simply follows you around wherever you actually are. Fortunately I understood that it was possible to switch your IP address, as I'd used the trick when on foreign holidays to look at the BBC online. I found a way to change my address temporarily into a US one and logged into Netflix. I was forthwith rerouted to the far superior US variant again, and effectively doubled the number of films available to me. Just as notably my wife and I had the ability to watch the concluding episodes of 'Lost'. Therefore, if you're experiencing difficulties accessing different websites or videos, or simply want to get the greatest value from your Netflix account - you need to understand also.
