This memorandum of understanding brings together two mighty companies to jointly deliver EPC projects globally. Both the companies focus on increasing their market share in their respective sectors. The alliance has given an opportunity for Duro Felguera to hold a 4.99% shares of Ausenco. The big mining, construction and engineering firms have arrived at this partnership to benefit both the parties.
