What does it look and feel like to own your own power? As we operate our day to day lives via higher levels of consciousness we understand intuitively that we are always, constantly projecting and allowing our reality to take shape. Simply by being alive we know that nothing, no experience is happening outside of us. That the way we see life is a part of our inner nature, our current personal level of consciousness. When we totally own our power we take full unconditional responsibility for everything that happens in our life, as well as all that we are aware of. What we see in the media, in our workplace, at home, with friends, in public all of it is a reflection of us. Taking full responsibility from a higher level of consciousness means, no blaming others, no judgement of others, or anger towards others because the change is an instant recognition, shift and adjustment within ourselves. Judging ourselves in any way means that we are vibrating and bubbling along at a very slow, fearful state of consciousness and so create further disharmony and potential dis-ease within ourselves. At lower levels of consciousness it feels good to “react” but the more we rise in frequency it doesn’t feel good to react to situations outside of ourselves good or bad, because we come from a lower space outside our integrity. As we awaken we still have internal reactions to things, situations and circumstances outside of ourselves however, we silence our fearful negative expressions. Here’s where the Holy Grail of Personal Power rest. Being responsible for our reality does not make us responsible for others. We can be responsible for our reality without taking on the responsibility of others. Trying to control the life experiences of others or have a belief that their reality is in any way your business means you lose your power. You are totally responsible for your experience of reality which includes your experience of everyone, yet another person’s experience of reality is none of your business. What someone thinks or feels about you is none of your business. Trying to control anyone in anyway means you give them your power. You can quietly reveal to yourself the inner part of you that may be responsible for the bad situation or circumstance of others and then shift and release any views beliefs you may be clinging to. Taking full responsibility from this higher consciousness is uplifting, life affirming, and full of potential and personal power. Trusting the divine flow and orchestration of divine plan is a joyous and graceful way to allow life to move through you. So the question arises, how can we operate more and more from this higher level consciousness? Well I have found over the years that there are a number of ways to learn how to be more present such as, hypnosis, visualisations, various breathing techniques. But meditation morning and night for me continues to be the most effective way to operate day to day from this higher level of consciousness. As long as we believe that the outside world unfolds independent of us we have no power, but when we see all events, situations and the stream of life experiences as a part of our inner world we can express full control, complete responsibility and absolute personal power over our lives.
