Is it good or bad to lose weight in 3 days? Using natural techniques and methods are the safest for quick weight loss. Of course, check with your doctor before starting anything extreme.

Carrying around extra weight can be such a burden, literally. Extra weight can make you feel sluggish and have low energy. Not only does it affect your physical self, it affects your emotional self as well. You may feel unconfident, depressed, or sad. Feeling this way physically and emotionally is a complete drag. No wonder the idea of learning how to lose weight in 3 days sounds so appealing. It would be an escape from the trap of literally being weighed down.

How To Lose Weight In 3 Days Do these things before the first day:

Write down your goals. This is an important step before you start your three days of getting skinnier. You have to know what it is you want to accomplish. Three days isn’t a whole lot of time, so make sure your goals are realistic. (You probably won’t lose 30 pounds in 3 days)

Plan your meals. Take 15 minutes and plan all meals and snacks for the next 3 days. You may even want to write down what times you plan to eat to help you stay on track. Once you have a plan in place, your can control your emotional eating by following the meal menu.

Start Day 1 with a Bang!

Cut out sweets completely. You can do anything for 3 days. Stay away from beverages that contain sugar. Don’t eat any treats, candy, desserts, or goodies. Be tough and focus on your end goal. You can do this.

Cut out carbs completely. Since you are trying to lose weight in 3 days, it is okay to cut out carbohydrates for that length of time. Focus on eating lean proteins like fish, chicken and turkey. Eggs and yogurt are excellent snacks along with fruits and veggies. Use a probiotic. Take a probiotic supplement every day to combat belly bloating.

Drink water like you live in a the Sahara desert. Make water your best friend and your body will love you for it. Drink it all day to help flush out toxins and aid in digestion and absorption.

Exercise everyday. By exercising everyday, you will be able to burn more calories faster and increase the feel good hormone to give you lasting energy and suppress your appetite.
