Is it easy to implement a fat burning meal plan? The key word here is plan. Once you have developed a plan, you just need to follow it. You know that feeling when you are in charge of an event or trip and you plan it out and happily everything goes as planned? That is a great feeling. We know that plans work. They don’t always go exactly the way we thought, but it is still better than no plan at all. A fat burning meal plan was a total game changer for me. I planned the meals a week in advance. There is no emotional eating involved. You know exactly what you are going to eat and when. It makes grocery shopping a breeze. Once you have gone shopping, you now have a week of meals planned and the food to make it happen. It’s a win, win! A Fat Burning Meal Plan Breakfast Meals: A fruit and veggie smoothie with protein powder, eggs and egg whites, oatmeal, yogurt or fruit are excellent breakfast fat burning food Morning Snack: Apples, bananas, berries, pear, grapefruit, grapes, oranges, or kiwi. Basically any fruit you can think of. Lunch: Soup that is broth based, not creamy. Salads that have vinegar based dressing, not creamy. Leftovers from the night before. Lettuce wraps with chicken salad and veggies. Afternoon Snack: Carrots, celery, bell peppers, or cauliflower with hummus. Unsalted nuts, yogurt, or berries. Dinner: Lean proteins are best for burning fat. Lean proteins like chicken, fish, and turkey. Legumes are also a good source for proteins. Eat a lot of veggies and fruit. Eat less of carbs and dairy. Plenty of greens are one of the best fat burning foods you can eat. Snack: An orange or apple is great for an after dinner snack. Beverages: To keep the fat burning going strong, drink lemon water. It will help to speed up metabolism and curb cravings. Lemon is also a great detoxifier. Vitamins. Take your daily vitamins as well. A good quality vitamin will aid in extra energy, fat burning, and reduced stress. This fat burning meal plan is pretty simple. You can add your special touch to make it tasty for you.
