What is the good thing about weight loss meditation? It can definitely help with weight loss because our body and mind is connected. Do you know the feeling when want to accomplish something, but it just seems you are missing the mark by a centimeter? This is an aggravating feeling. It can make the steps you are doing to accomplish your goals ineffective. When you are falling short of the mark, it is a good idea to look outside of the box and find a solution. Meditation for weight loss can be tip of the icing needed to move forward and fulfill your goals. Since our bodies and minds are connected, meditation is a good practice to keep you focused on your goals. Once your mind is on board, your body will follow. Until I started to visualize the goals that I wanted to accomplish, I didn’t have much direction. Once I implemented meditation, I started to be more focused and then I experienced results. Focus is needed to succeed at weight loss. Weight Loss Meditation *Write down your goals. Before you start your meditation, you need to know exactly what you are meditating for. Write down specific goals that you want to accomplish. Read them everyday to keep them in your mind for meditation. *Time for yourself. Select a time for yourself at the same time everyday. Plan on spending about 5 to 10 minutes in solitary silence. *Visualize. Visualize yourself accomplishing your weight loss goals. You can also make a vision board to help with this exercise. It takes a little bit of practice, but you can do it. *Positive. You’ll want to exude positive vibes. Only think positively about accomplishing your goals. When you bring in negativity, that is what your body absorbs. Be grateful for your body and the function you now enjoy. Keep thoughts and feeling positive to receive back positive energy. This will take some practice, but it is worth it. Wouldn’t you rather feel peaceful, happy and grateful than down, critical, and depressed? For you to experience results, you’ll need to meditate twice a day, or at least once a day. Mediation takes dedication, focus and practice.
