Write down a detailed menu of the healthy snacks you should eat for the week. Being organized puts you in control and takes out the emotional eating and last minute decisions. The decision of what you are going to eat has already been done for you. *Shop. Now that you have an idea of what snacks you are going to eat that week, make a list and go to store. Only buy what is on the list. *Prepare. When you get back from the store, chop up food that needs to be in order take on the go. Cut up strawberries, celery sticks, cauliflower and so forth. Store them in the fridge in baggies for convenience. *Refer. Look at your menu ideas everyday to pack your snacks to take with you. This menu is a great guide to keep you on track.
