As a tourist destination, it’s still possible to use the term ‘new’ to describe Croatia. This beautiful country with its amazing coastline is still largely unspoilt. Getting There Rijeka Airport is only about 43kms from Opatija. An alternative is offered by Pula airport about 100kms away. Alternatively, one can flight to Zagreb.
