If exporters and importers operating in this global economy need to meet customers’ demands and expectations; they need to have a solid understanding of a few necessary procedures and documentations. These relate to Operation Analysis, Preliminary Considerations, Sales Agents' Roles and Responsibilities, License Policies and Applications, Purchase Transactions, and Distributor and Sale Agent Agreements. An understanding of the basic definitions of these documents and their purpose, the roles of an exporter and importers in any type of business organization, and the basic principles and rules that ought to be used wherever exporting and/or importing goods overseas and cross international borders is necessary for those in this business. A seminar to teach important aspects of exporting and importing audit principles To help importers and exporters get an understanding of all these aspects of their importing and exporting business; GlobalCompliancePanel, a very reputable provider of professional trainings for the regulatory compliance areas, is organizing a comprehensive training session. Dr. Rossano V. Gerald, who is an Academic Professor and Founder of RVG International Consulting Firm, LLC., and brings over thirty years of business experience in strategic management, marketing analysis and supply chain management; will be the Director of this seminar. To enroll for this very important learning, please visit http://www.globalcompliancepanel.com/control/globalseminars/~product_id=900605SEMINAR?exporting-marketing-channel-audits-SFO-CA. This course has been pre-approved by RAPS as eligible for up to 12 credits towards a participant's RAC recertification upon full completion. The responsibilities of the exporter and importer Dr. Rossano will offer an understanding of the core responsibility that every importer and exporters should know before entering a new market or an existing one. This session will discuss the documentations that are needed to accomplish an import and export business deal and describe critical import and export resources such as people, materials, and facilities and equipment that are needed to complete a transaction. This seminar will look at the underlying federal, domestic and international rules and regulations that deal with importing and exporting goods around the world. It will equip importers and exporters with an understanding of the procedural steps to determine which government agency has jurisdiction over their shipment of specified goods in accordance to the Bureau of Export Administration (BXA). The Office of Export Enforcement Dr. Rossano will also discuss the role of the Office of Export Enforcement, which is in charge of investigating the export control violations and also manages the Safeguards Verification Program that is connected the export license application. He will explain how the exporter should verify the post-shipment disposition of their goods. Since all of the customs compliance audit and assessment processes are associated with record-keeping requirements that might be known to the importer under the Recordkeeping Compliance Handbook; many companies have relied on their intermediaries (channel distributors) to maintain and manage their record-keeping compliance information to avoid pitfalls when trying to make Customs. Dr. Rossano will explain how to do this efficiently. Incoterms He will also dwell on the important topic of what Incoterms (International Commercial Terms which constitute a series of commercial terms formulated by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)) are appropriately acceptable as shipping terms or delivery terms and what are the standard practices in the usage of the terms in an importing and exporting environment. The aim of this analysis is to explain the best reason for which both the buyer and seller must understand their obligations when it comes to the delivery of the goods that are associated the storage and handling charges which might incur in the shipment process.
