I have been working on a special kind of diet plan for a few years now. My "Chilli Diet" was developed when I was training for boxing. When I was younger I had burning a passion for spicy foods. Actually I think it may have been for the spice not the foods. When I was ten I would put tabasco, cayenne pepper and chilli flakes into anything and everything I could eat.
