I’ve discovered that there are three paths to building a business. I’ve been on all three at some point in my entrepreneurial journey. The first is the path of hoping. Marketing on the path of hoping is a lot like flinging pasta at the wall to see what sticks. I used to do this a lot. 3. Less than 6% of small business owners find Google+ effective for marketing

In yet another blow to Google’s social networking ambitions, research by online marketing advice newsletter TheTysonReport.com has found that Google+ is proving of little value to small business owners.
In a recent survey of readers of The Tyson Report, which provides free online marketing tips by email to over 4,000 entrepreneurs, only 3.5% of respondents found Google+ “effective” for marketing, with just 2.1% judging it “very effective”.
