A shift in our perception from dark to light offers healing to our brothers and sisters everywhere. When we look beyond someone's mistakes and see Christ in the hearts of all men and women we uplift and bless the world and everyone in it. What joy it is to bring joy and offer that instead of judgments that merely drag everything down. When we fully know and experience who we are in God all ego illusions flee as if they never existed in the first place. 3. Simple

It can seem monumental to bless a person that appeared to do something really disturbing. In truth, which will set us free, we all have done something, if not the same thing as what disturbed us, may be something similar. We may not have murdered a person, yet in our thoughts we may have, and this does have impact. We can only forgive and forget by God's love and power, not our own. 4. Honesty

Honesty sets free our ego (self made concept). How often we fall prey to the dictates of worldly concepts, laws, rules, that can merely reinforce who we are not. It takes courage and power to "BE" authentic. How do we accomplish this? We do not, God does the work within, we must let God perform the miracle. The program of 12 step recovery remains one of the most powerful tools of complete freedom (my personal experience), because it gets to the root of causes and conditions that keep us stuck. How is it anyone can say they do not know God's will or even understand God? It is clear-plain-and unfailing. Christ "IS" the visible image of the invisible God. How many times have we received a Divine message and became fearful of it's truth? It takes courage and power that only comes from God to receive truth. It is the application of spiritual principles that are vital for spiritual freedom. Intellectual understanding of spiritual information and principles will always fall short. 9. Let go of distractions

Ok, ready for a powerful spiritual discipline? How many times an hour do you check your iPhone-emails-facebook? Worse yet, how often do you check it within every 30 minutes or even less? These deadly distractions are spiritual entities luring us into a web of separation. Of course it may appear as if it is used to bring people together. Look again! 11. Purity equals peace

A pure heart is a peaceful heart. Our spiritual freedom rest on the willingness to be active with inner house cleaning. Clearing out all bitterness, unforgiveness, anger, fear, and negative thought patterns is vital. Until we are purged of such insanity at the root level then peace will indeed be difficult to experience. The longest distance can be from the head to the heart. Our entire human condition becomes problematic when we live from the head region and not the heart. Cheer up! God's Holy Spirit is doing works within us that we are very unaware of. Eventually spiritual maturity develops and faith steps in by grace, and this is divine election. A heart grows sad when it senses it must conform to someone else's concepts and ideas. This makes for an impossible relationship and is not love at all, but fear. True love sets free.
