There will be different answers for each of these items. For Static Cling Stickers If it is a static cling sticker, you can remove it, wet it with lightly soapy water, re-stick it to the glass, and the water will evaporate out over the next day or two. In this case, what you'd need to do is get a hair dryer and heat the decal up enough that it is quite warm - but not hot - to the touch.
