July 28, 2014
LAST UPDATED ON: February 11, 2018 Well, there are a couple of questions I have. Is it a face adhesive decal or a face-adhering static cling sticker? There will be different answers for each of these items.
For Static Cling Stickers If it is a static cling sticker, you can remove it, wet it with lightly soapy water, re-stick it to the glass, and the water will evaporate out over the next day or two. We find that with static cling decals, often the decal will relax into the glass in two or three days and most of the bubbles will automatically disappear.

2. Removing Decal Stickers Off Helmet Visors and Car Windows

Because the decals are printed on a PVC vinyl material, usually an inexpensive but decent quality substrate, and combined with an acrylic adhesive to keep them on your window, the was will not affect the glue, and will add some shine and protection to the ink and the vinyl, thus helping it to las... LAST UPDATED ON: March 26, 2019
How do I remove vinyl lettering that has been on my vehicle for a couple of years? There are a couple of types of vinyl used on vehicles. The first is a plotter cut vinyl that usually has an acrylic adhesive bonding the vinyl to the vehicle.
Different Adhesive Grades There are varying grades of adhesives used on this type of vinyl, and most often it is referred to as a "permanent adhesive," but there is a variety in the quality of glue used, and how well it releases from your vehicle when you're ready to remove this type of vinyl.
