As a result of the revocation of decisions by the minister, the citizenship revocation proceedings do not apply to the dual citizens who are living in Canada and who have been convicted of the treason, terrorism and spying offenses. The majority of European Union member states have missed the deadline for implementing new laws aimed at combating money laundering and the funding of terrorism, according to an EU commissioner.
