Author Comment / Biography:
All of Cynthia's grandchildren are twins; her two daughters each have a set of twin girls; one set is identical and the other, fraternal. She and her husband are retired educators who reside in their hometown, Slidell, Louisiana, where she continues to write and work as a Freelance Video Editor.
South Louisiana has been her home for over sixty years. Living in Slidell, Louisiana on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain, just thirty-five miles north of the historical city of New Orleans, her entire family continues to enjoy the scenic bayous and rivers, beautiful southern oaks, tall pine trees, and the fresh ozone air. Memories with her family in their once small southern town, that has grown rapidly into a city, continue to serve as the inspiration to much of her writing. And, after Hurricane Katrina, her family continues to rebuild their beautiful South, one day at a time. Retired from the Louisiana School System where she was employed as a Library Assistant and School Secretary, she now has more time to create and write. Writing children’s stories has always been her favorite pastime and she is now happy to have more time to devote to the publication of her work.
The proud grandmother (“Mimi”) to two sets of beautiful twin girls who also love to read and write, she looks forward to sharing many twin adventures with you and hopes to share many more.
