Once upon a time, Christening Gowns were made by hand, with love, an heirloom to treasure and pass down the family for future generations. Today such delicate workmanship and dedication to detail can still be found.... at Little Doves.
As featured in the BBC drama, The Paradise, Little Doves' christening gowns are beautiful and exclusive. From her studio in rural Lincolnshire Linda Patrick lovingly designs gowns, dresses, rompers and accessories. Endorsed by Vogue Magazine, every piece of christening wear is individually tailored and lovingly made to order.
Linda takes commisions from all over the world as well as the UK and has an impressive client list. In particular she has worked with Earl Compton of Castle Ashby to create a reproduction of their original Christening Gown. Linda has also been entrusted with the task of renovating the original gown back to its former glory. The Cathedral Collection features some of Linda's finest work.
