Off, Avocado's are a fruit. They aren't a veggie, nonetheless when I talk about Green Smoothies I definitely include them in the Green section.
Avocados originated in Central Mexico, however are now grown all over the world. They are grown in warm environments. The term Super Food is utilized extremely freely, nevertheless Avocados are genuinely a Super Food. If you've never ever attempted a Green Smoothie Challenge you don't know exactly what you're losing out on. Since I started consuming Green Smoothies I've reduced weight, added muscle (okay, that had a lot to do with the fitness center also!) and my energy has increased.
