Lisa Keay, Winchester is an accomplished quality assurance engineer with more than ten years of experience backing her. She is a detail-oriented problem-solver with extensive QA skills and utilizes QA methodologies to resolve and keep projects on-track and on-budget. She has successfully worked on large scale software and hardware projects. All through these years, she has gained extensive knowledge and experience in QA strategic management, industry best practices, requirements and systems analysis, resource management, test planning, risk and contingency assessment. A versatile professional, Lisa Keay, Winchester has worked as Test Manager with Fidelity Investments, Merrimack, NH. In this capacity, she was responsible for managing team members, tools and processes required for meeting testing deadlines on AAA project. She maintained and enforced high level of quality of testers during SIT test phase overseeing daily reporting and project execution, addressing and solving issues in critical path. She released 125 high priority reports to business users successfully which are currently in use in production and used by Fidelity as well as outside vendors. From 2007 to 2009, Lisa Keay, Winchester has worked as Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with Fidelity Investments. She provided QA for investment management Java and J2EE technology projects such as quantitative portfolio engine analyzer, front and back end trading tools, and SMA. She received Fidelity Management Company CIO Award for Best Strategic Business Delivery for leading QA of new trading system. She worked with Automation Test team to create scripts and process to utilize automation after builds, smoke and regression tests as well as production releases. Lisa Keay, Winchester MA received her education from Children’s’ Own School; one of the earlier surviving Montessori schools in the United States. She then went to George Washington Elementary School for further studies and was active in extra-curricular activities. She has also studied at McCall Junior High School and Winchester High School. In her free time, she likes running, gardening and yoga. She is also studying to breed the dog breed named Lhasa Apso. It is one of the oldest breeds dating back to 800 BC and companion of the Tibetan monks originally.
