What I am saying is that you need to step out of your comfort zone or whatever is holding you back. Learn to be a leader and take the initiative to do things, such as planning an outing, taking on new projects, or simply holding the door open for a lady. Having said all that, it is also important that you learn to develop your confidence. Confidence is a very important trait that all leaders or aspiring leaders should have. As a leader, other people will look up to you as a role model. If you are often wavering, you are not being a good example for others to follow. One thing to take note of here is that you need to make decisions in life. Whenever you need to make a tough decision, be sure that you make it confidently, and be well aware of the consequences – both positive and negative – of your decision. To end of this personal development training, I want to encourage you to learn to help others too. You do not need to succeed at the expense of others. Real leaders are not afraid to train other people to be better than them. Strive to be a good role model to others, even if they are just strangers you meet on the streets. People do not need to be your friends in order to like you. Not everyone you meet in life will be nice to you. You may run into some bad hats.
