La Terrazza and Slow Food The only slow food inspired at sea, dedicated to proper land stewardship while preserving cultural food traditions. Enjoy authentic Italian dishes that reflect the core tenets of slow food, with fresh locally grow, and sustainable specialities like buffalo mozzarella from Naples, organic olive oil from Umbria, air dried Prosciutto from Parma and twenty four month aged Parmaigiano Reggiano from Emilia Romagna. Le Champagne, By Relais and Chateaux Le Champagne is the wine restaurant on the Silver Whisper. The restaurant has a series of menus (eight on our 16-day cruise) designed in collaboration with Relais & Chateaux Master Chef Jacques Thorel. Each of the menus reflects a region of the world known for its wines (e.g. Bordeaux, Burgundy, Italy, North America). The dinners pair each item on the menu with a dish from the region. It's a wonderful experience for those who appreciate fine wines and good food. Reservations are required and the surcharge is per person, which includes the gourmet dinner and house wines. Seishin Resturant Taking it’s name from the Japanese word ‘Spirit’ this intimate restaurant specialises in fine Asian fusion cuisine including regional dishes from Japan as well China, Thailand, Vietnam and India. From Kobe beef to Spider Lobster, exquisite creations are prepared with fresh authentic ingredients. Admire the artistry and seafood delicacies as the sculptured before you at the chefs table. Sake pairings are also available . During the days at sea , enjoy a complimentary sushi and sashimi bar at lunch. Reservations are required Star Supper Club A retro supper club that recalls the romance and glamour of the legendary Rainbow Room in New York. Spend the entire evening here , beginning with cocktails then dine on delectable small plate selections and dance the night away to live jazz and velvety sounds of a cabaret singer.
