Writing has a way in which ideas are brought out to the public domain. It is through writing that we get to know what people think and how they would want to be remembered of some ideas. Words have become popular way to bring out the deep inner feelings about the inner peace and what is happening in the inner world. Female Hollywood actors have been known to make use of writing to express what they have inside. They have made use of writing to air their grievances regarding gender biases. They have been able to acknowledge the difficulties that female celebrities undergo when they are working in their careers. They themselves have undergone these challenges and they find it relieving to make the world know what others have gone through in this experience. It is not only gender biasness that these celebrities have been able to put across using essays and narratives. They have made it easy to expose a myriad of other issues that they have encountered as they undergo the challenges of the careers they have chosen to follow. An example of this writer is that of Mila Kunis who narrates in an essay how the boss of the production company told her to pose half naked in order to take a picture that would be used to market a video that had been produced. She stood her ground and refused to take the picture. Her fear of losing employment did not go through because she came out strong and produced many videos thereafter. Another issue that Mila Kunis had in her line of work is that she had a lot of biasness where she was paid less than her male colleagues even if they had the same qualifications. She decided to start her own production company and is doing excellently well.
