Look for a Sydney realtor who is also a good negotiator. They get a better price or a better deal for you than you possibly could on your own. Someone who doesn't know negotiate to the fullest on your behalf is lacking and is not the most ideal pick. The mark of a good realtor is that he would be hard to satisfy and would not settle for anything other than what is best for their client. And finally look for a realtor who is a good communicator. So that you are not kept guessing about the finer details of the deal and have a say in all that goes on. Think practical and think professional.
