Look around yourselves and you will find many exciting things in life along with real life characters from whom there is lot to learn. Recently I came across a gem of a person called Sudhir Moravekar who’s life story, I suppose will be the best ever example of how a person can write his own destiny with shear dedication and hard work. I came across his life story while I was searching for some odd topics on how to become a successful business entrepreneur. His story is entirely different from the many stories of other successful personalities. He started his journey towards becoming a businessman just by selling tea and bettle leaves. And now also when he is recognized as the most successful owner of a huge empire in hospitality industry, he never refuses what he was in the past. Among these principles hard work occupied prime importance. It’s a common scene in our daily life where we see that people are interested only in talking about others sometimes good and many times pinpointing the worst part. He showed a relaxed feeling towards criticism against his flagship company Panoramic Universal because he knew that the support of his family and his close friends will never let him down. He believed that if he is remaining loyal to the shareholders and if they are getting sizeable earnings from their investment in his company then they will always support him in his future ventures. This was clear from the fact that when he was thinking of collecting funds through public investment earlier the investors were doubtful about the returns. There were two reasons for it, firstly many companies had previously cheated the public by inviting their money to be invested and later they vanished along with the public funds. The other reason was that in the initial days the member companies of Panoramic group were not much popular. So there was a sense of mistrust about the companies like Pancard Clubs. But when people came to know about the credibility of above companies they started investing in these companies having a trust in their mind. This was the foundation of the group’s success, because free inflow of public funds proved to be an opportunity for the expansion programs. Sudhir Moravekar remained loyal with the field of hospitality industry and never thought of diversification even when he was having sufficient funds. This loyalty with the industry paid lots of revenues to the group directly and indirectly towards building and making popular the brand name United-21 in India and abroad.
