Author Comment / Biography: Lisa Hayes is an entrepreneur, life coach, mother, and friend. In her writing, speaking engagements, and classes she teaches, her primary goal is working with women to help them achieve peace, and even bliss, in the chaos of their everyday lives. Lisa began the pursuit of the healing arts more then a decade ago when she completed her degree in natural health and nutrition. She continued that path as a yoga and meditation instructor before becoming a life coach. Lisa is also a Certified/Registered Hypnotherapist. She utilizes the insight she received from her training in every project she undertakes. Lisa is also a partner in an independant technology firm, and is considered one of the front runners in using new media as a platform for coaching and teaching. She is the mother of two sons, Caleb and baby Kingston. “This book poured out of me. I meant to write just a few pages and by the time I quit writing this work had emerged. My deepest thanks go out to all the women who have read this book and shared this book with their loved ones. Great change will happen one woman at a time.”

1. Top Ten Signs He Might Be Mr. Right
February 04, 2011
I honestly believe that "the one" is largely determined by chemistry, some undefinable quality that you can't ignore. As Einstein put it, "Gravity is not responsible for people falling in love." I'm pretty sure what he meant, was you just can't make sense of it.
In the last week ...

2. One Piece of Relationship Advice
February 04, 2011
In an interview recently I was asked, “If you had just one piece of relationship advice what would it be?” Just one???
Heaven knows I’ve got more then one thing to say about relationships. I’m not even sure how I answered that question, but upon reflection I did come up with an answer ...

3. The Universe is Not That Dumb
February 04, 2011
There is a lot of talk around law of attraction circles about how we use our words. There seems to be a lot of emphasis on saying things right. We hear it all the time, don’t say the words, “I want”. Don’t say out loud, things you don’t want in your world, like cancer, or bankruptcy, or divorc...

November 16, 2010
I recently read an article about employees in the workplace who were surveyed about what they wanted most from their jobs. I was surprised by the results. More employees said they wanted recognition and to be appreciated then those who stated they wanted raises or better benefits. Similarly, seve...

6. When Is It Time for the Commitment
November 16, 2010
There is a weird soft spot in the beginning of many relationships that very often sets the tone for how the relationship grows or doesn’t grow. It’s that awkward place after you’ve been on more then a few dates, before “the” talk has happened when the woman tries very hard not to push and seem need...

The work, if you choose to call it that is always the same. Get happy.

8. The Essence of Love
October 13, 2010
In my previous life, and previous marriage, I was a very busy girl. I worked full time, took care of our child, cooked, cleaned, and more or less waited on my husband hand and foot. I tried disparately to anticipate what he might want and get it for him or get it done. I did anything and everythi...

October 13, 2010
