So now you smoothly take out your pen and notepad and give them to her. Act like this is a totally natural next step.

Then, as she jots down her email address, say to her, "write down your number, too. And I didn't get your name..."

By acting as if it's totally normal for you to give you her information, she'll feel perfectly okay doing so. She won't even think twice about it.
