The PING Rapture V2 Driver is a new addtion to the ping line of clubs comes on the heels of the conpany's trememdously successful introduction in Fall 2007 of the G0 and Rapture lines. No expense has been spared in the production of the PING Rapture V2 Driver. The 460 cc head has been manufactured out of titanium and tungsten, while external tungsten weight pads help make it more forgiving and lower the spin rate (which is a good thing!). In what Hollywood might call a plot twist, Ping has equipped the PING Rapture V2 Driver with a super lightweight stock 939 shaft in L through X flexes. With a shaft weight of 47 grams and a 45.75-inch finished length, this makes the PING Rapture V2 Driver one of the lightest and longest drivers on the market. Making a cameo in this sequel is the stock upgrade of a Mitsubishi Diamana Blueboard shaft. At 63 grams, this ultra-premium shaft lowers spin and launch for players who want a little beefier shaft than the 939. All in all, Ping engineers have captured the hot face of the G10 and the solid sound and feel of the original Rapture and put it into the V2 package. The PING Rapture V2 Driver is frogiving for all ranges of golfers and PING Rapture V2 Driver is a great club which is able to produce long, high flying drives regrdless of the wind. © http://winnergolfgear.com/ . All Rights Reserved. (golf clubs) As a beginner in golf, I've looking for golf clubs from many websites. I think the taylormade R11 Driver is great. It improved my game fastly. I also tried the Titleist 2010 AP2 Irons for fast speed and increased distance. It's very easy to use even for me. Finding a right club for myself is really a hard thing. If you have any other recommendations, please tell me. By the way, I begin to use taylormade R11 Irons recently.
