Using multi-fuel stoves our life is being easy and comfortable. Multi-fuel stoves have become very popular across the UK over the last few years because of their ability to burn a number of different types of fuel very efficiently and without emitting enormous amounts of smoke and "dirty air". The multi-fuel stove of today is able to burn smokeless coal, wood and peat and due to the fact that wood-burning stoves, coal burning stoves and peat burning stoves are now more efficient than ever before this allows a constant higher temperature to be maintained thereby increasing the efficiency of the stove. There are also new elements of the multi-fuel stoves of today which ensure that these devices are very easy to clean and the glass panel at the front will remain clear due to the ever improving air wash systems incorporated in many stoves today. When you take into account the added safety factors in the multi-fuel burning stoves this increases their usage because you're able to set them to a slow burn rate which allows overnight heating. As with so many of the new stoves available today it is also the ability to incorporate that old world look together with the latest stove technology and efficient heating systems which is increasing market awareness and so Multi-fuel stoves are fast becoming the new trend. With Gas and Electric prices' shooting up it is the new alternative source of heat. There are many makes and models and this is fast becoming a very competitive market. A good multi-fuel stove consists of a steel or cast iron body with usually cast iron doors. A Steel stove will heat up quicker but cool down faster. Cast iron will take longer to heat up but will retain the heat for a while after the fire has gone out. You will generally need more room around it for the air to circulate than a steel stove would, if there is limited circulation around a cast iron stove it could crack. There is an air wash to keep the glass clean, which is usually a top slider or spinner. This works by bringing air into the stove and drawing it in front of the glass to prevent the smoke blacking it up. There have also been great developments in the stove fuel market with smokeless coal, wood and peat now more available than ever before and at relatively low prices. So all in all, when you take into account the look and feel of a new Multifuel Stoves, the heating efficiency available today, the ability to burn numerous types of fuel and the competitive pricing available, there are many reasons to consider buying a stove in the UK.
