Many employees have terminated internally and make the call of duty. This high level of commitment is an important factor for the success of a company. Managers can encourage employee motivation effectively. There are new data on the involvement of employees, and they are more than sobering. Recent studies conducted by market research firm Gallup shows that the involvement of workers in the U.S. has stagnated at around 30 percent. This means that seven out of ten employees make work to rule, or are facing their employer even openly negative. Again, only three out of ten are truly engaged in their work! By definition, means good exposure of employees to contribute their best endeavors and deliver their best performance. Many studies have shown that commitment is not just a minor detail for companies. In fact, it is much more than that: Employee motivation has a direct impact on business success and affects, for example on profitability, customer satisfaction and sales. A study by the consulting firm McKinsey from 2012 supports this thesis: So are companies with record levels of employee motivation with a probability of 60 percent of the economically healthiest companies. Companies from my consulting work have found similar correlations. Of course, commitment is an emotional and deeply personal experience of people. Secondly, it is not easy to influence. But leaders have to try just that. Not only in terms of their employees but also for their business. ------------------------------------------- Employee Motovation Employe engagement Ireland
