You can find houses, apartments, condos, and vacation rentals all on the hottest island around. Perhaps you plan on spending only half the year in Aruba. The best option for you would be to check out rental properties on the island. Rental homes and apartments are available on weekly, monthly, and, of course, yearly contracts, so you can decided just exactly how much time you want to spend in Aruba. Rentals help make this the best place to live because they come fully furnished and provide you with a home away from home during your vacation time. But suppose you're ready to actually move to the Caribbean. Aruba is still your best choice. Gold Coast, the upscale area of Malmok, Aruba is a great place to look for town homes and villas for sale. This community has a golf course, two pools, and a clubhouse that's out of this world. There are nearby restaurants where you can taste the Caribbean cuisine almost any time of the day or night. And the security of the community will have you sleeping without a care. Tierra del Sols is another apartment and condo community that makes Aruba a great place to live. Most of the condos in this community are completely furnished with new and modern appliances. There's a pool, golf course, and security system. Some of the condos also have cars being sold with them. What a great place to live? If condominium and apartment living isn't for your, there are plenty of single family homes on the island of Aruba you can check out. They're more than capable of making this the best place to live in the Caribbean as well. Individual beach homes are rare finds on the island but are worth the extra money when found. Most are sold with furnished kitchens and usually a washer. These homes start out at around $500,000. But the views, and being able to walk out your door, down the stairs, and into the ocean, makes that dollar sign seem a little more tolerable. There are more homes for sale further in land. These homes have pools, multiple bedrooms and multiple custom made bathrooms. Most of these homes are surrounded by security fences but are also enabled with security systems. There multi-car garages, even apartments in some of the homes. Other homes are designed and able to be split up into rental properties. These homes, as beautiful and elaborate as they are, will more than likely cost upwards of $2 million, some even more than that. However, when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of crowded cities, and escape to the land of sea and sand, there's no better place to do that than Aruba. No matter which part of the island you choose, you're bound to find a great neighborhood with great views, wonderful beach access, and an even better beginning to the rest of your life.
