p>The ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc, and the ball mill can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type. There are two kinds of ball mill, grate type and overflow type due to different ways of discharging material.
August, 1995, the gold factory is set up in Feng Country, Shaanxi Province, China. In the concentrator design of the first period, the first and second section of grinding equipment chooses the φ2100 mm x 2700 mm energy-saving cone-type ball mill and the φ1500 mm×3500 mm energy-saving cone-type ball mill, which are produced by Henan Hongxing Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. Put into production in April, 1996, both of the two ball mills work well. At the condition that the feed size of the ball mill in the first section is 15mm, the actual processing ability of grinding system is 310~320t/d, the highest point is 330t/d. The overflow fineness of secondary classification is generally 89.5%~91.0%. Compared to the similar concentrator with ordinary ball mill, the energy-saving cone-type ball mill has better effect and is welcome to concentrators. The second stage of the project of this concentrator was finished in May, 1997, which is expanded to 600Ud, choosing other two models cone-type ball mills, the φ2100 mm x 2700 mm cone-type ball mill and the φ1500 mm x3500 mm cone-type ball mill.
This machine is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control ) and so on. The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can replace , the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scaleboard. This machine run steadily and works reliably.
