This generation is termed as the computer generation, since just about everything is executed on computers. In environments where servers are used, many businesses choose to have the data on a primary server backed up to a secondary server, considering it to be the easiest option, regarding maintaining the backup of the critical information involved in the organizations. In large organizations along with regular backup process, the information need to be well labeled and maintained, so that it would prove easy to find whenever required as well as easy to be maintained.
