Pressure cooking is one of the easiest techniques of cooking cuisines. It is the method of cooking cuisines with the use of water. It contains a vessel which does not let air or liquid to escape from it. After the food has being cooked the internal pressure increases and the steam is being escape from it. In this technique, the preparation of food is done at high humidity and high temperature and the cuisine is being cooked at short span period without affective its nutritive value. Pressure cooking saves time and energy, it retains the original colour and flavour of the food and the heat is evenly distributed among the food while its preparation. While heating of the food it destroys the harmful micro-organisms from food like alfatoxins. So, from the above we can say that through various method or techniques of cooking we can make different varieties of cuisines with the help of easy cooking.
