Ghevar Ghevar is a sweet traditional delicacy of Rajasthan, made in festivals like Teej. Churma is a sweet dessert made by crushing bati and mixed it with sugar and jaggery. Gatte ki Sabzi An integral part of Rajasthani thali, Gatte ki Sabzi is made by cooking gram flour dumplings in curd curry. Eat Gatte ki Sabzi with roti or Rice. Kachori Kachori is the best snacks in Rajasthan and one can eat at roadside stalls also in Rajasthan. Fast food Kachori is stuffed and fried flour dough. Stuffing includes spicy lentils, onions etc. Kesar Murg Kesar Murg is a Saffron Chicken recipe, which has boneless chicken, curd and saffron as its main ingredients. Cook same as normal chicken but tastes awesome. Aloo Mangodi Aloo Mangodi is a simple bt delicious dish made by mixing allo and Mangodi. Mangodi is sun dried split green lentil dumplings. Fry the mangodi and then cook with aloo in simple manner. Moong Daal Ka Halwa Sweet and delicious moong daal ka halwa is made by soaking moong daal for 2 hrs. Then cok it in sugar syrup till it become some dry. Jaipur ki Gajak Jaipur ki Gajak is a famous sweet in Jaipur and other parts of Rajasthan. It is made by cooking sugar syrup and mix with roasted sesame seeds and nuts. For a good shape, solidify the mixture in a tray. Mirchi Bada A spicy but a true Marwari snack, especially in Jodhpur. Mirchi are the big chillies or pepper. These are stuffed with cooked potato and dipped in a besan batter before fried. Crispy and spicy Mirchi Bada are ready to serve with sauce. Gond k Laddu Gond k Laddu are made with Gond – Gum Resin. Fry the flour with ghee and later on mix small granules of Gond with it. Add sugar at last and stir till become dry. Make small size laddu with them.
