Do not keep your herbs or spices in a place that is not cool and dark. Your spices will not last as long if they are exposed to light, heat or humidity. Keeping your spices in a cooler space with little light will enhance their flavor and shelf life. Make sure that your spices are fresh to add taste and flavor to any meal.

A great tip to follow if you use oil to cook is to put it on the sides of the pan while cooking, so it's already heated by the time it reaches the food. Your finished dishes will be enhanced and more flavorful if you do this. Cake Pop Recipe Partially freeze meat to make slicing into thin strips easier. If you are cooking an exotic dish that requires thinly sliced meat, this is the best way to do it. By marginally freezing meat, slicing it is made cleaner, as its fibers will not tear quite as easily. When preparing chicken stock, it is best to make a large batch. Making more than you need in a large pot can allow you to have some left over to store in the freezer for later use. Excellent chicken stock that is homemade is a great base for use in stews, soups, casseroles, and more. Freeze premeasured amounts of your stock in freezer proof containers or bags when cool.
