Suresh Nanda journals speak volumes of my travel and food experience across the globe and I feel glad to share those experiences with you all. On my birthday party, a few months ago, I was with my family and hence, we decided to go out for a family dinner, but all of us wanted to have something apart from what we have in our daily life occasions. We wanted to have some different kind of cuisines as it was a special day for me and my family. We had chosen the Indian food for the evening as during my college days, in a workshop, I had heard about the speciality of the Indian cuisine though never had the palate for it. We enjoyed the vast spread of Indian delicacies for the very first time at a luxury hotel and what I discovered was that the Indian food is extremely rich especially in terms of spices and other natural herbs used. The food was so good that my family decided to go to the place directly in our next holiday destination to experience the riches of the food in a deeper sense. In Suresh Nanda’s travel blogs, you will find a mentioned of the Indian food being rich because it contains all natural elements and very less artificial elements in their preparations. One more important aspect is there which I found in the Indian food that they are very heavy which means that the food elements are full of carbohydrates, proteins and minerals etc. I loved the richness of the food and suggested it to my friends and this is the reason that I want to share my experience with all of you. It is very difficult and sometimes it is risky to experience a new variety of the food but it is my good luck that my experience or the Indian food is very positive and memorable. Although I liked the food but I found that our food elements and habits are quite different from the other countries so little attention is required while we chose a dish for us. The Indian food is popular for its spicy flavour but it doesn’t suit a person with a sensitive stomach, which is why one should be conscious about it. Suresh Nanda's experience was awesome because of the way the restaurant chef prepared my dish keeping in mind all facts that are needed to ensure that the food matches a person’s palate, especially one who is not habitual of it. I liked pulses the most among all dishes that I had experienced on my birthday dinner and everyone else in my family praised my choice and hence it became the most memorable day as well as dinner for me.
