HUNTERS – INSENSITIVE AND DEPRAVED Wild Frank - Witness to the Execution Remnants of a primitive past. Harsh words indeed, but a drop in the ocean to the sentiments of these perverse examples of man at his worst. There were days when hunting seemed to be the only means of survival but essentially man was driven by motives that in his earlier days of scavenging probably drew him to pine for fresh meat eventually. Like the Gorilla and the Chimpanzee, he could survive on a vegetarian diet. But primates are mainly vegetarian and Man should have followed had it not been for that particular predatory instinct of self delusion that makes anything a target of his spite. Fire did not help either as it increased the taste and tenderness of what were to become morsels. However, even allowing for that, executing innocent creatures with families just like our own by rank evil merchants who could not even run for their lives, is out of step with what we are supposed to stand for at this late stage of the homo not so sapiens game. Thou shalt not kill - is loud and clear from the very misty horizons of our past but we look the other way and with limp excuses to convince others that it is necessary and natural for food and alas, also for genuine sport . The same was being said for human sacrifice and still said today with respect to keeping the others on their toes. So much for evolution and concepts of nobility. Why do we put up with this economic excuses for rubbish and which trades in so called nature with a tight lipped conviction ? It says nothing about the fact that most of humanity even at medium level of good breeding would put a stop to this sickening tendency within seconds they knew how to do it or could depend on others to help them. But fighting for causes is not the most popular of human appeals and those with the urge appear to be mutations of unexampled rarity. The life of those defending the rights of animals is a hard one. Even attempting to remove this colossal aberration from our children´s eyes from their lives and those of the animal kingdom which flee from man by instinct, is a fight against the tide. Wild Frank, a figure of respect for animals, their lives and their rights, actually allowed us to witness his own folly for the wrong reasons instead of ringing the highest in the land against the killing that he would (and us) be witness to. Not that he thought he could possibly stop it and perhaps to allow the world to see legalized filth, but in reality mistakenly making us a witnesses to Satanic display of extraordinary magnitude. An extraordinarily beautiful and motionless, pensive Giraffe staring at its executioners turns within seconds into a heartrending mass of pain desperately trying to recover and return to its fold. The two creeps who organized it only had to set up the rifle stand and press the trigger hoping to kill it with one shot as a means of convincing others that it was humane and profitable for all. The old arguments of the safari game are now clearly seen not to be based on needs but habit and vicarious, cowardly pleasure. Only mentally weak people with a broken wire somewhere could possibly indulge in something so painfully wicked. Whereas, senselessly of course, the bush hunt became the channel of the psychopathic genes in some power hungry subhumans who rose to boredom and wealth through their inbuilt aggression, today the defenseless animals are herded and reared, catalogued and prized for size and price as if execution was a matter of mere administration in the interests of so called natural elimination. This is what we were hearing the duo discuss in an effort to convince Frank and us of course, about the beauty of the business deal. Even the giraffe meat would be charitably distributed and everyone paid off till the next time soon. The setting of the Execution The more evil one of the two men straddling Frank could be seen in a very composed and sinister controlled series of explanations he gave as to why a giraffe could be set up for target practice by a spoilt banker or similar module in the interests of humanity. “If we did not shoot it , a lion would probably do the same job “ (except that in a confined private space, lions are unlikely to be roaming around and one of those would hardly be likely to be as dangerous as man himself out to have fun). This priceless Hollywood aspirant, probably came to the wild from certain specified countries to escape his own, and this was one of those idiotic statements that only a human specimen like this one could make without flinching. Any killing including pain inflicting executions for pleasure, is obviously begging Providence to knock at the front doors of their family homes and even if there were no beads of sweat on that pampered forehead, I had the gut feeling that there was a bit of a tremble on the edges of those lips at his own natural gut sense of wrongdoing. Maybe I was wrong but Frank however stupidly brought into such a film deal, could and did stare him out although I sure he will be haunted by the corpse he so “lovingly” kissed and which he allowed to be deprived of life and butchered . I reckon, it may be the turning point in his career and filming motives. For those who indulge in or condone the gruesome and soul scouring event that Frank and many other millions of viewers witnessed, experiences inside their own homes would be more than likely, as the sins of the father fall on their issue. - and on some day not too far away. Perhaps , morons like these would not even care if they did, but nature cannot be stupid enough to allow any of its representative to be fed into such an unnatural situation. If I did not sincerely believe in the compensations of Providence, I would honestly throw that television box away to start off with and go into total seclusion in case I got so terribly wounded again. To see is to witness and to witness is to get involved. Leaders of communities who allow such filth to enter our progressively evolving lives deserve what they get when it comes to cashing in on their power.They can remove this evil from our midst with the applause of most of the world community, so why do they subscribe by default ? How can “modern” countries like Norway,Canada, and Japan allow its people to see the blood spill out and hear the cries of innocent creatures who share most of their genes with us ? It is our business to find out and if necessary bring about retributions like boycotts and defamatory publicity that will affect their pockets and political aspirations. The record of inhumanity in some of the world´s top nations, is now beginning to sound like a declaration of war on those whose hackles rise at the thought and who need to find a way to teach them lessons they cannot refuse to ignore. Wild Frank a disillusioned participant. Wild Frank in his disquieting programme of animal presentation is barely viewable by sensitive, life loving people brought up properly in the nest of ethical standards. Not that he deserves to be criticized beyond the point of bringing us close to the animal kingdom but by paying lip service to those who flirt with danger by moronic acts of self inflicted poisonous bites. He mocks nature in a way that perhaps he does not understand. On matters like these, we can turn away, but on the odd occasion perhaps and for the wrong reasons, he drives genuine animal lovers to restless beds and perhaps severe depression at the sight of what can only be called pernicious assassinations accompanied by views and sounds that will forever ring in people´s heads. What ever for ?? He did it by joining two of the most evil characters one would hesitate to spend time with, as previously described. The one - a hunt and trophy organizer - and the other a sick weakling stuck on paying handsomely for the privilege of killing as easily as possible to show off heads of in his decrepit mortuary he calls home. Both emanated waves of evil that came from their eyes and tight lips as they realized eventually that they would be seen in a different light to the way they wanted others to see them. Next time round and perhaps a different species, they will make sure no one else is around to spoil their fun. The younger of the two who was “in it for money as a solid business” had that square facet which betrayed a mental balance of a retarded loser. In fact his expressions and pathetic utterings were of such a bilious nature that anyone with a heart would have punched his face into shape. The farm, for want of a better word that this creature manages, deals in confined animals made to measure in size and cost , as a self service establishment in which the sinister assassinations are made easy. The provider who apparently got something like ten thousand euros a head apparently woke up most mornings rubbing his hands and thanking the Lord for his daily perverse bread. The other, the client, driven by the need to compensate what seems like a lack of manhood, calmly concentrates on getting back home with this horrendous act of malice with a trophy and wall plaque that would perhaps turn him into a hero in the eyes of the sort of friends one imagines he has. Some disquieting details. For those with a cosmic view of the ultimate exercise of power, to kill a large animal as did the king who lost his crown in exchange, it was merely a question of pulling that trigger when told to do so and the helpless creature, probably reared from young for the purpose would stay put to ensure the bullet tore right through its heart with one single bullet. This time, the cretins chose a magnificent, regal giraffe which more than likely had been separated from its family or perhaps its owners who reared it from young. It did not move and just watched the setting up of the tripod wondering what they would do with it. It munched towering over them at a distance of fifty yards with its peculiar glazed eyes and its endearing aspect which have delighted kids all over the world. It stood poised, as my heart and that of millions of others unprepared for this singular act of evil, pounded with horror. It stood calmly and unafraid (which made me suspect it had been reared in the death camp) right in front of this ugly and tired looking misfit (and at point blank range) exactly just where the bullet would rip through and supposedly kill it instantly. The younger cretin, had tried to convince Frank that “the animals did not realize they had been shot” which made it all the more appealing apparently and therefore would not blame anyone as it twisted and turned in agony as a result of the massive internal wounds created by the explosive artifact. “They don’t realize what has happened and die very quickly”, he volunteered with a knowing smile, as if something so huge could just flip over and go unconscious in seconds to please the cameramen. Idiots like myself and lets face it – Frank caught in the terrifying moment of impossible return, were to be marked for life as my countless fight with my imagination since then has proved. Murder is murder and those who kill are murderers and socially superfluous , but I would never subscribe to their execution for the same reason. Economic excuses cannot find reason within intelligent and sensitive minds born to enjoy life and all its beauty. Those who equate economics with anything to do with human and animal rights are as much a danger to humans as they are to the animals they torture and kill. But then perhaps their killings in those areas could also camouflage other more mercenary work that needed taking peoples´s mind from - a suitable side issue in times of low warfare periods ? Who knows ? The client calmly set up the tripod whilst the organizer in all his moment of glory watched to make sure the rifle was correctly set at the right angle as if the Giraffe had been trained over a period to stand at the moment of impact so that it could die and leave a happy client behind to come again. There was a very strange, almost automatic coordination setting in the way it was all done which could leave anyone in doubt as to how such precise instructions could hit its target at such a determined point. There was a disturbing non variable in the formula which was hair raising and implied that the giraffe would not move from its selected position and perhaps because the assassins knew it would not do so whilst it ate from the leaves above – or perhaps it had been trained to do so for the special day. Earlier on and with a ten minute practice session, the client apparently would be ready to hit a living target precisely where it needed to be penetrated within a small triangle. He was just after all, not a real hunter but a war game merchant and it all sounded more and more like a Victorian photographic event which took more time to set up than it took to make the powder flash. In fact, the client had missed the target on two occasions much to the dismay of the 1930´s muscle bound organizer all too eager to get on with the boring killing and start counting his grimy gains. The horror of the event. The beautiful creature fled at the sound of the rifle shot, which upset the Errol Flynn cutout since it created complications and more of his valuable life time not on the bill. Fate was on his side economically and they both watched with glee when the sheer piece of poetry that this creature is, crashed to the ground and hopefully turned stone dead. But it was not to be and the gruesome scenes that followed with an arched neck unable to lift its head and flaying legs driven by excruciating pain, caused the human monsters to shout for the mercy shot in case it should upset anybody. Even then, as the limbs succumbed to merciful rest, even Frank seemed to feel some of the blame for having participated in this infernal horror. Evolved, noble humans throughout the world must have reeled with mental torture and some may have committed suicide at the very thought of what they had just seen. Perhaps, as Frank said, “I should not have been here”, and could have spared us instead and as on other occasions prevented us from becoming accomplices to such evil. Perhaps he should have programmed the discussions differently and even dissuaded the two cretins to give up on the idea. Perhaps with a view to finding time to prompt activists worldwide to take the sort of action that could force those merchants of death and political accomplices to run for their lives. Maybe with a handful of notes they might have considered other options for their false territorial concerns ? I will never forget what I saw and what I had already seen in another of Frank´s programmes - (the clubbing and subsequent eating of a lonely dog in the presence of his terrified, starved kennel mates )somewhere in those godforsaken regions of Thailand. These things are not for viewing by those who would have seen fit to save them. If proof is what they wanted before closing the place up, it could have been done by calling the police in time whilst they pretended to eat. It turned instead into mental turmoil for many impossibly trying to assimilate such barbarity. Kill one to save others is not a formula that can be taken seriously since it implies that all lives are not equal. The names, telephone numbers and operational sites of these published far and wide, would achieve much more. It would cause them to be hounded so that they can feel the heat of public disdain and perhaps be made to sense a similar fate at the hands of a Providence - which is never far off in cases like these or so I hope. ----------------------------------------------- Michael Mifsud entered the House of Commons lobbies as a journalist at the age of 16.
