Would you like to write an ebook? You’ve heard about the millions that the big Guru’s are making on ebooks and you want to get a piece of that action. Many people have hopes to write that blockbuster ebook but, in most cases, their dreams never come to fruition. Their ambition never translates into action. When they start to consider how much work it involves, many people dismiss the idea and go about their business looking for the next get rich quick scheme. These people will never make serious money online. Make no mistake, writing your own ebook is work, but it doesn’t have to be hard work. I sell a number of mini ebooks on my sites and they have the highest conversion rates of anything that I sell. They convert at about 14%. That is about 14 times higher than the average conversion rate for all products on the Internet. What can you do with your first mini ebook? You can use it as a free give-away item for people who opt into your list. Free ebooks are a great incentive and people will gladly subscribe to your list if you offer them a good ebook, even if it is only 10 pages. Another great use for your first ebook is to offer it as a viral work. Include links to your website, squeeze page, and products that you endorse. Make sure it includes information telling people that they have the right to sell it, give it away, or offer it as a bonus. Using this technique, you can generate traffic (and income) for years. Use every available option to get your ebook into the hands of others. Email it to your list, offer it in forums, place ads for it on your site, and promote it in articles. Once you’ve completed your first ebook, the second and third will be much easier. So get started, sit down and start writing that first ebook.
