If there is anything you want added to an article, you can easily relay it to him. If he has inquiries about the subject, then he can easily reach you for answers. You can also check on his progress to make sure that he meets the deadline. 5. Always provide objective feedback. Your writer needs to know his areas for improvement. With constant positive criticism, he can continuously develop his skills while providing you with well-written articles. 6. Let him know his work is appreciated. Aside from the pay, your writer will be motivated to write well when he knows that his articles are valued. If he is meeting, or even exceeding, your expectations, let him know.
