However, the system still doesn’t satisfy the needs of all when standing alone. Those who want to leverage the power of Exchange for their business would do well to find a complimentary third-part solution provider. Lasting Benefits of Using Third-Party Exchange Email Archiving Exchange is still not completely scalable leaving third-party solutions still an attractive option. Yet, even if Microsoft one day succeeded in releasing a version of Exchange that was indeed scalable enough to suit the needs of even the largest organization with the highest volume of emails, there would still be lasting benefits of using a third-party for Exchange email archiving. The fact is that these solution providers offer so many additional benefits that go far beyond that of storage space. Of course, the actual features enjoyed all depends on the company chosen, but these archiving solutions can meet the needs of businesses in a way that Exchange alone simply can’t.
