With more than a million users and thousands of tweets being sent out, Twitter is a big client pool that needs to be dipped in. But how will you reach out to those clients? The answer lies in learning how to use it properly. As twitter runs in real time communication and runs only 140 characters, you should master the art of talking little with sense and listening more. Update important relevant stuff to your followers and listen to what they need. The key here is building a relationship with them. Don’t be “markety or sale-ish”, just show them what you are capable of, show them the person behind the business. But just like facebook, you have to bring awareness to your brand.
