		Fitness should occupy the first place in our life not because it is very popular among young people but it is very useful for your health. When we born we are strong i mean our organisms are absolutely health but because of polluted atmosphere and lots of dangerous illnesses. We even don't understand that these things cut our age. We must improve our health by doing sport exercises and by drinking clean water. Also it is very useful to realize walks in fresh air.  All these things will help you to feel better. Aerobic mats, skipping ropes, equipment or tools to enhance your Pilate, resistance equipment, kettle bells, yoga mats will help you with home sport exercises. In several weeks you will feel a good result, your health becomes stronger and your only desire will be traveling and see as much world as you can. Some people don't believe that fitness or any kind of sport will help them to keep themselves good and to deliver them from heart attacks and other joint illnesses.  You must take care of yourself from young age otherwise it will not work. One more method to avoid epidemic illnesses is to go to the sea resort every year or at least once a year. There are some really good resorts which maintain your health and your body. But if you haven't got much money to do it the best way to go in for sport like: football, tennis, volleyball or swimming.
