Question ~ I have a question do silicone breast implants look smaller sub glandular??? I am a B cup now and my PS is going to do a anchor lift and place 450cc silicone in my right breast and 475 or 500cc on my left, he said my left breast was a tad smaller. I am just having trouble with cc/cup size ratio! I don't know if I should go up to a 500cc on rt and either a 525cc or 550cc on left. My PS said during surgery he would place sizers in to make my left breast match the right. Someone Help!! Answer ~ Ok....wait....there is really something wrong here!!! Why do you need a lift? And if you need a lift (skin is already STRETCHED and SAGGY) why are you going to lift in, then put in huge 500 cc implants (WEIGHT) and have them stretch right back out???? This is a common thread on this board and I just don't get it. If you need a lift it is because your skin did not hold either your own breast weight or the weight of your first implants well - so now you are going to take out skin and sagginess then put a ton of weight back on it??? For what??? 14 more reops? This is not magic - its your breasts, your tissue and your genetics...messing with lifts and implants cannot change the source material the surgeon has to work with. Ask the ps point blank how long you can expect to be satisfied and perky with a lift and 500 CC??? And just for the record, there are no two breasts on the face of the earth that are perfect or the same before or AFTER surgery - - they will always be different and achieving symmetry is an unattainable dream - - there will always be a different set of DIFFERENCES. They can be better and they can be pretty but they CANNOT be PERKY and BIGGER (those two things don't go well together!) and they cannot be PERFECT. Please think twice about the whole lift and BIG implant deal....
