Make sure that your new distributors that you have personally sponsored study and absorb all the information from the tools you have bought and have given to them before they attend the one on one meeting that you will have with your new distributor within the first forty eight hours of you signing them up into your business. So the new distributor will have homework to do before they meet with you for the first time. This meeting can take place live, face to face, or it can take place in a web conference room. Both are just as effective. The next thing you want your new distributor to do is to make a commitment. Success does not come overnight in any business and it is definitely no different in your ganoderma organo gold network marketing business. In the booklet that you give your new distributor there is a Commitment Form in it. They need to read that form, sign it, make a copy for you their sponsor and then they will give email or post that copy to you, their sponsor, before or during the first meeting and keep and file their original Commitment Form for themselves. What you as their sponsor is asking from your new distributor to commit to is to commit to seven to ten hours a week where they will promote and market their business because that is the amount of time that you will need to devote to growing your business.
