The next thing to teach your new distributor at the Survival Training session is to put their sponsorship line to work. Get with the duplicatable system and follow it. Do not fight your sponsorship line. If you cross purpose with your sponsorship line then the problem is with you. Your sponsor does not need you. You need your sponsor. The next aspect that your new distributor needs to know is that they must utilize the functions, conventions, leadership conferences, rallies and the opportunity meetings be they on the ground or online over the internet. If there is an opportunity in the new distributor's city every Thursday evening or a web conference every Thursday evening, then the new distributor must make it mandatory for themselves that they attend that meeting every week. Even if you do not have a guest, you need to be at that meeting every week. By attending all the functions, be they on the ground or on the internet, ensures that you are controlling and protecting the system and how you will receive information and give that information down to your entire network or organization after the meeting. If you want your network distributors to be at the functions then you need to be at the functions as well. Work other lines in your own network together at the same time.
