Leadership is very important because the "attitude" of the company starts at the top. Do research on the company's CEO. Find out his or her background and how they became "the boss." Did they start out working for the company as a representative. The best leader is the one that began their career in the same position as you. They will have a greater level of passion for your success. Finally, the stability of the company is very important. You want a debt-free company. You don't want to plant your flag with a company that has to pay other people before they pay you. Remember, this is a long term investment. Whatever you chose, make sure that the company fits you. If you are not into jewelry or cosmetics, don't work for a cosmetic company. But if you have a passion for health, then begin with a health and wellness company.
